The Grand Monaco Hills Taytay is strategically located along the Tikling-Antipolo Road in Taytay, Rizal. It is one of the residential development projects of the Grand Monaco Estate Developers, Inc. and one of the most affordable at that in Taytay, Rizal. The whole property is enclosed in a 16,470 square meters land, with about 46% allotted for multi-purpose open spaces, wide road networks, and a grand entrance.
It offers a total of 103 residential units of two types – single-attached units, which total to 21 units, and townhouse units, which total to 82 units. The single-attached units are two stories high. On the ground floor can be found a single carport, a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, one toilet and bath, and one bedroom. The single-attached units are of two variations – the single-attached downhill and the single-attached uphill. The 2-story townhouse units also vary in size depending on category. Downhill B units have a floor area of 100 square meters and a minimum lot area of 52 square meters. Downhill A units, on the other hand, have a floor area of 94 square meters and a minimum lot area of 52 square meters. Uphill or regular units have a floor area of 81 square meters and also a minimum area of 53 square meters.

Taytay is a first-class urban municipality in the province of Rizal, 20 kilometers away from Manila. It is highly populous and even considered as the third most populous municipality in the country.
